This year's bourbon-aged coffee is our Tanzania Peaberry, aged with oak staves from Smokin' Tails distillery in Phelps, NY.
 
The aroma is that of smooth, strong bourbon, and a dark, roasty undertone. The flavor profiles is exactly that. Dark, woody, fantastic bourbon bite, and so smooth.
