We source our greens ethically through direct and fair-trade channels from skilled farmers around the world! Most of our coffees are certified organic at origin, some are shade-grown bird friendly, and all are stellar!
We roast, on average, 1,000 pounds of coffee weekly in our small Roastery & Drive-Thru in Sodus, NY. We have a team of production staff that ensures quality, cleanliness, and efficiency every single day.
We are laser-focused on quality coffee throughout the entire process. If you visit us at any of our locations, rest assured knowing that our trained baristas are dialed in, the equipment is ready, and the coffee is the best we can possibly make it.
