Guatemala dark roast

Super smooth, almost creamy. Very low acidity, naturaly sweet like maple, and a juicy complexity.
 
This coffee is direct from finca Buena Esperanza, which translates to "Farm Good Hope"in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Chalum and avocado trees protect the coffee trees, and the farm practices organic fertilization methods. The care shown towards producing this coffee is evident in the cup. We aim to roast this coffee with the same care and exceptionality.
