We love to bring in a quality Ethiopia, and this is it! Lots of fruity notes, punchy acidity, and incredibly smooth. It's a bit acidic when it's still hot, but gives way to increasingly powerful fruity notes as it cools. Natural sweet, fruit, juicy, and bright notes. This coffee is, in our opinion(that's all it is), best enjoyed as a pour over or regular drip brew, but is fun to play around with for espresso!
