We love to bring in a quality Yirgacheffe, and this is it! Lots of fruity notes, mellow acidity, and smooth. It's a bit tart like fruit, dry like wine, and has notes of blueberry. This coffee is, in our opinion(that's all it is), best enjoyed as a pour over, regular drip brew, or a single-origin espresso.
