The sugar cane decaf is sourced the same way as the Risaralda Single Origin, and then it is delivered to a decaffeination plant in Manizales, Caldas (Colombia) where it undergoes the decaf process prior to export. It's a natural decaffeination process with no chemicals added. 

This coffee is by far our most complex, naturally sweet, and flavorful decaf coffees to date.
